RETURN DEPARTMENT
We ask that you please read and understand our Return Policy. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing.
Lilly Abigials Boutique ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. We do not refund back to your original method of payment. Please feel free to contact us directly regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions.
Items can be returned within 14 days from the date your items are delivered or picked up in store. Items must be in *original condition within 14 days to receive an exchange or store credit. DISCOUNTED/ SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Please note, returns may take 2-5 business days to process from date of arrival. When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves. Lilly Abigails does not provide shipping labels for returns. Final sale on all bodysuits, sale items and special occasion wear.
*Original condition: Items that have NOT been worn, altered or washed with all original tags attached.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In case of Damage or Incorrectly Shipped Items you must notify us within 3 days of receipt.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale, clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will ship the correct item.
